Rusty Hardin Named Litigation Star for 21st Consecutive Year by Benchmark Litigation

Veteran trial lawyer once again earns local and national recognition 

Rusty Hardin & Associates is pleased to announce that Rusty Hardin has received a repeat listing as a Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation for Texas and the United States. The 2024 edition marks Mr. Hardin’s 21st year receiving the Litigation Star designation.  

Mr. Hardin is renowned for handling intricate commercial and civil litigation cases. He has represented a varied group of plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Most recently, he was lead prosecutor for the Texas House of Representatives during the Texas Senate impeachment trial of Attorney General Ken Paxton.
