Letitia is Board Certified in Criminal Defense by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, the highest level of evaluation by the State Bar of Texas of competency and experience within the areas of law, professionalism, and ethics of practice. She served for five years as an adjunct professor of Advanced Trial Skills and Trial Simulation courses at Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Because of her extensive knowledge, she is often invited to speak before groups such as the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association on topics including voir dire, jury selection, cross-examination and the importance of mitigation. She has also been featured on Fox News as a legal contributor regarding high-profile criminal cases. 

Letitia has been recognized numerous times for her skill and the work she’s done on behalf of her clients. She was named a Lifetime Member by Best Attorneys of America, has been honored by the American Academy of Trial Attorneys as a 2015 Premier 100 Trial Attorney and has been named one of the 50 Top Attorneys in Houston, to note just a few. She is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, and Houston Association of Women Attorneys.

Letitia is a mother to two children. She believes strongly in giving back to her community and spends a considerable amount of time outside the office volunteering with her Delta Sigma Theta sorority and various charity groups.
