Family of abused boy files lawsuit against Hill Country summer camp

The family of a Houston boy sexually abused three years ago at a Hill Country summer camp has filed a lawsuit against the facility and its owner. The lawsuit, filed May 29 by attorney Rusty Hardin, alleges negligence and defamation on the part of Camp La Junta and its owner, Blake Smith.
