Jenny Brevorka and Rusty Hardin Discuss Her Return

Meet Jenny Brevorka

Rusty Hardin & Associates Welcomes Return of Veteran Trial Lawyer Jennifer Brevorka

Rusty Hardin & Associates is pleased to announce that veteran trial lawyer Jennifer Brevorka is returning to the firm as a partner in the RH&A Houston office.

“I am delighted to welcome Jenny back to the firm,” said Mr. Hardin. “Not only will her talent and experience in the courtroom benefit our clients, but she is also a proven leader and incredible asset for our firm. It is a coming home. I could not be happier.”

Ms. Brevorka, who joined Rusty Hardin & Associates in 2012 and became a partner in 2018, focuses her practice on state and federal criminal law, and complex civil litigation. She has tried lawsuits in courtrooms across the United States, representing everyone from elected officials and CEOs to whistleblowers and small businesses.

During her tenure at Rusty Hardin & Associates, Ms. Brevorka worked on several high-profile matters. She was part of the trial team that successfully defended Arkema Inc. after it was charged with environmental crimes after Hurricane Harvey. She assisted with the firm’s impeachment probe of a University of Texas System regent on behalf of the Texas House Select Committee on Transparency in State Agency Operation, and she also represented two Brazilian grandparents who made international headlines when the government accused them of parental kidnapping.

In 2020, Ms. Brevorka left the United States to practice law in Ontario, Canada. She was a partner at Toronto-based Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP, where she handled criminal proceedings and cross-border civil matters, including commercial disputes and the enforcement of foreign court orders.

“Practicing law in Canada expanded my horizons and has given me a different perspective that has helped me become a better lawyer,” said Ms. Brevorka. “But returning to Rusty Hardin & Associates is like returning home. Now that I am back, I look forward to using all I have learned to help advance our clients’ cases and grow our firm.”
