Three Rusty Hardin & Associates Attorneys Named to Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers for 2024 

Three Rusty Hardin & Associates attorneys have been named to the Lawdragon 2024 list of 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers. 

Partners Rusty Hardin, Ryan Higgins, and Joe Roden each earned recognition for commercial litigation. This is the fourth consecutive year they have been named to the list, which honors attorneys who have demonstrated excellence representing plaintiffs in securities, corporate governance and fiduciary litigation, antitrust, consumer fraud, data privacy, and whistleblower claims. 

“This guide underscores the tremendous strength a client gains when they are represented by a handful of firms,” said Lawdragon publisher Katrina Dewey in announcing the 2024 listing. 

Honorees are chosen through Lawdragon’s robust selection process that includes journalistic research, peer nominations, and expert vetting.   

Earlier this year, Mr. Hardin, Mr. Higgins, Mr. Roden, and partner Daniel Dutko were selected to the Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers list. Mr. Hardin is also a member of the Lawdragon Hall of Fame.
