Rusty Hardin & Associates Partners Named Among the Nation’s Top Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers

Rusty Hardin & Associates is pleased to announce that partners Rusty Hardin, Daniel Dutko, Ryan Higgins, and Joe Roden have again earned recognition in the Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumers Lawyers guide. 

Lawdragon describes the 2025 honorees as “champions who dedicate their lives to helping people going through the hardest moments of their lives.”

Mr. Dutko is marking his fourth year on the 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers list. He specializes in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, class action, and other complex litigation. He was also named in January to the 2025 Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America guide. 

Mr. Higgins is known for his work in complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract, antitrust, theft of trade secrets, fraud, RICO, and civil theft. This is his fourth year on the Lawdragon Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers guide. He has also earned recognition in Lawdragon’s Leading Litigators and Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers lists. 

In his fourth year as a Lawdragon Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyer, Mr. Roden specializes in complex personal injury and business litigation cases, and he is known as one of the top appellate attorneys in Texas. He has also been recognized in the Lawdragon Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers guide.
