Astros doctor: Clemens showed no signs of steroids

Pitching great Roger Clemens showed no physical signs of using anabolic steroids or human growth hormone during his three years with the Houston Astros, the team doctor told jurors Thursday in testimony that bolstered claims the superstar remained “clean” during his career.
